Nobiliving is a retail online boutique brand owned and operated by Sensibizzcom, LLC, a Massachusetts registered company. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping and Returns Coverage

We currently ship and accept returns from within the United States only. All orders must be delivered to US addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In the same condition that you received it unworn or unused
• Tags still attached and in original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase included

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@nobiliving.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not mail returns to our corporate office address.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

• Customer remorse returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, ordered wrong item): the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping costs in full


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at info@nobiliving.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products (special orders)
• Personal care and beauty products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards

Sale Items

We cannot accept returns on non-faulty sale items. However, if a sale item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is fully eligible for a return and refund under our standard return policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at info@nobiliving.com to get started.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at info@nobiliving.com.

We reserve the right to update this return and refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
